Job summary

MissionHires is looking for a Sr. Capture Manager specializing in Maritime & Undersea Systems in Boston, Massachusetts. This role will involve leading capture efforts and building relationships with NAVSEA and NAVAIR to secure contracts for advanced naval capabilities.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business and at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate degree with 10 years. The position requires an active SECRET security clearance and proven success in winning competitive captures.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years with a Graduate degree/MBA.
• Track record of winning competitive captures (typically $50M+) in U.S. Navy.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full Shipley capture lifecycle from opportunity identification through award.
• Develop bid strategies including Price-to-Win analysis and competitive assessments.
• Establish and maintain senior relationships with NAVSEA, NAVAIR, ONR, and PEOs.
