Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, a leading national broker and consultant, is seeking a seasoned client service executive to oversee a captive insurance portfolio in Irvine, CA. You will manage client relationships, licensing, and service teams while coordinating with regulators, auditors, actuaries, and carriers to ensure top‑tier service and compliance.

Responsibilities include renewals leadership, board meeting preparation, financial statement review, and strategic program discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
• 8+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with captive insurance programs.
• Experience with commercial insurance coverages.
• Valid Insurance License and continuing education requirements.
• Experience coordinating with managers, actuaries, auditors, carriers, reinsurers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for captive clients.
• Oversee captive licensing from start to finish.
• Lead mid-market book of business through the service team.
• Prepare client renewals and present renewal analysis.
• Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and board meetings.
• Mentor accounting and account-management staff.
