Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, construction management, business, or related field.
• MBA and CPSM or other supply chain certification strongly preferred.
• Requires five years of advanced contracting, sourcing, or logistics experience.
• Project management experience required.
• Expert contract knowledge, negotiation and project management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Execute contracting and procurement strategy/tactics for large-scale capital projects.
• Lead bid evaluation teams and coordinate with Category Management.
• Develop and apply project delivery contracting strategy and KPI reviews.
• Manage post-award contract management plans and supplier performance.
• Provide coaching and guidance to other sourcing professionals.
