Qualifications

• Three+ years in construction management, real estate advisory, or capital projects consulting.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or Accounting.
• CPA, CIA, CCA, CFE, PMP, or PE preferred.
• Experience with contract compliance audits and lease administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client reports.

Responsibilities

• Review construction and real estate processes for controls and compliance.
• Assess contracts, leases, and capital project performance against terms.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve operations.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, reporting.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and travel up to 25%.
