• Assess real estate management processes and capital project performance.
• Provide recommendations to improve transparency, accountability, and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork activities: data collection, site visits, interviews, reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, and legal counsel to support engagements.
