Qualifications

• 3+ years in construction management or real estate advisory.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or Accounting.
• CPA/CIA/CCA/CFE/PMP/PE preferred.
• Knowledge of contract management, scheduling, cost estimating, lease administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel up to 25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Conduct construction and real estate management reviews, controls and compliance assessments.
• Assess construction contracts, real estate lease agreements, and capital project performance.
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Lead fieldwork: data collection, site visits, interviews, and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, asset managers, legal counsel, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Support lifecycle activities from acquisition to disposition, aligning with business objectives.
