Construction Material Testing seeks a senior quality leader to direct program quality across capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, oversee PMs, and manage supplier and contractor qualifications across portfolios.

The role requires navigating regulatory audits and reporting to executive leadership. You will serve as the quality authority on high-stakes programs under NQA-1, API, or DOT frameworks, with travel to project sites as needed and a focus on preventing

Competenze

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification.
• ISO 9001 lead auditor experience; NQA-1 a plus.
• Executive-level communication and judgment to stop work when needed.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects.
• Set standards, review performance, and develop staff.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Own corrective-action closure; report quality performance to leadership.
