Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You establish the quality management system, lead Project Quality Managers, and own supplier qualifications, audits, and corrective actions to ensure top-level program integrity.

You will report quality performance to executive leadership and navigate regulated environments (NQA-1, API, or DOT) with executive-level communication and decisive action.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, and ISO 9001 lead auditor.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; set standards and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits; own corrective-action closure.
