Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead the quality program across capital projects. You will establish the program's QA/QC system and direct Project Quality Managers across multiple sites, ensuring supplier qualification standards are met.

You will drive audits under NQA-1, API, or DOT frameworks, own corrective-action closures, and report quality performance to executive leadership. This is a senior leadership role with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification
• ISO 9001 lead auditor experience
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus
• Executive-level communication and decision-making

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects; review performance
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits
• Own corrective-action closure; report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership
• Navigate records with sound judgment, including stopping work when required
