Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Project Quality Manager III to direct quality across capital-project programs for owners or EPCs. You will establish the quality management system, oversee Project Quality Managers, and set supplier and contractor qualification standards.

In this senior role, you lead audits under NQA-1, API, or DOT frameworks, report to executive leadership, and guide corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality on capital projects.
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, and ISO 9001 lead auditor; NQA-1 lead auditor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification and the approved vendor list.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
• Close corrective actions and manage escalation.
