Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a senior quality leader to direct program quality across capital projects. You will establish the quality management system, lead Project Quality Managers, and set procurement quality standards while representing the client in audits.

You will drive corrective actions, report risks and cost of quality to executives, and guide staff development. This role demands strong executive communication and 10+ years in project quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in quality on capital projects
• 5+ years directing quality programs and staff
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA, and ISO 9001 lead auditor
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus
• Experience on regulated programs (nuclear, energy, transportation, or federal)
• Executive-level communication and decisive decision-making

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system, procedures, and audit program
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects
• Set standards, review performance, and develop staff
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the approved vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits
• Own corrective-action closure
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership
