Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Quality Manager III to lead quality across a portfolio of capital projects. You will establish the program quality management system, direct Project Quality Managers, and own supplier qualification and procurement quality requirements.

You will represent the client in regulatory audits, perform executive-level reporting, and guide the program under NQA-1/API/DOT frameworks where applicable. This is a senior leadership role with travel requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of quality experience on capital projects.
• ASQ CMQ-OE or CQA certification preferred; ISO 9001 lead auditor required.
• NQA-1 lead auditor qualification a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain the program quality management system and audit program.
• Direct Project Quality Managers across projects and review performance.
• Own supplier and contractor qualification, the vendor list, and quality requirements in procurement.
• Represent the client in regulatory, certification, and third-party audits.
• Report quality performance, risk, and cost of quality to executive leadership.
