Job summary

NSB Omega is seeking a Project Manager (Demo) for our Oil & Gas client in Houston, TX. The role leads capital project execution from Front-End Loading through Demolition, coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, Procurement and OH&S to deliver safe, on-schedule results.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years in engineering and project experience in oil & gas, with preference for LNG-related work, and will hold a TWIC and valid driver's license for site access and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering and project experience in oil & gas, refinery, and industrial projects.
• Minimum 5 years in project management or leading roles; 15+ years of engineering/project experience in US LNG projects.
• TWIC and valid driver license required.

Responsibilities

• Drives project execution and coaches team on capital project processes.
• Provides planning and organization during design, construction, and demolition.
• Develops staffing plans and resources for each project.
• Coordinates all design, procurement, construction, and demolition activities.
• Leads project execution planning and contracting strategy.
• Analyzes project risks and develops mitigation plans.
• Monitors schedule, cost, and change control to meet goals.
• Communicates progress to stakeholders and management.
