Job summary

Salas O’Brien, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to provide leadership for capital investment projects in process and manufacturing environments. You will guide scoping, design, procurement, and turnover, while leading meetings and documenting decisions to advance project efforts.

You will manage milestones, budgets, and client communications, coordinating architects, engineers, trades, and vendors to deliver compliant, high-quality results. A strong track record in complex projects is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of relevant industry experience supporting capital engineering projects.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, and ability to lead teams.
• Proficient with MS Office and document management tools like SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution from initiation to closeout within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Communicate updates and key decisions to clients, teams and vendors through meetings and reports.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on time.
• Oversee contracts, risk, change management and project financials including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop proposals and pursue new opportunities in industrial and manufacturing settings.
