ManpowerGroup is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead large capital projects from concept through commissioning in a manufacturing environment. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and risk while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring safe, compliant delivery that aligns with business objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, governance, and the ability to deliver complex projects with minimal disruption to production, outages, and operating conditions.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering, construction, or industrial project management experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience executing large capital projects in active manufacturing environments while maintaining production continuity, minimizing operational disruption, and safely coordinating work during planned outages, shutdowns, and operating conditions.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams consisting of Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, EHS, contractors, and OEM's.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles including scope development, cost control, scheduling, risk management, change management, and project execution.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and execution of large, complex capital projects from concept through commissioning and project closeout.
• Manage all project phases including scope development, FEL studies, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, execution, startup, and performance verification.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with defined business objectives and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, resource plans, cost forecasts, and project schedules.
• Lead cross-functional project teams consisting of Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Procurement, EHS, Contractors, and OEM partners.
• Establish project governance processes and provide regular updates to leadership through Steering Committee and project review meetings.
