Job summary

Group14 Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join the Business Development organization in Seattle, WA. You will lead technical engagements with automotive OEMs and cell manufacturers, coordinating JDAs, sampling, and validation milestones from initial engagement through delivery.

You will apply your expertise in lithium-ion chemistry and silicon-anode development to translate customer needs into internal roadmaps, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure milestones are met on

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency required for interfacing with Asian partners.
• 4+ years in technical program management, applications engineering, or technical customer success in battery/EV sectors.
• Hands-on lithium-ion cell chemistry knowledge and silicon-anode development.
• Experience translating customer specs into internal roadmaps and deliverables.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects and OEM engagements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical program interface for commercial partners and JDAs.
• Drive customer sampling programs and cell qualification cycles to meet gating requirements.
• Collaborate with program managers, BD, R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to align specs with roadmaps.
• Define scopes and timelines, with risk mitigation for key milestones.
• Synthesize feedback and present progress to external and internal stakeholders.
