Qualifications

• Deep understanding of grid-scale energy storage technologies and balance-of-plant equipment such as inverters, transformers, switchgear, HVAC, fire suppression.
• Strong knowledge of electrical system design, interconnection requirements, and utility-scale project execution.
• Knowledge of battery systems, electrical protection, power conversion, medium and high voltage systems, communications and control systems.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and codes (UL 9540/1973/1741, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, IEC).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; PE or RA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects from concept through IFC and construction.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and maintain clear communications across teams.
• Oversee permitting and construction document flow.
• Own design funding and scheduling for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with procurement and construction partners to meet overall project schedules.
• Identify resource gaps and align cross-functional teams.
• Apply lean construction and BIM in integrated design across disciplines.
• Support feasibility studies, value engineering, and option analyses.
