Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in phased project processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication with critical thinking.
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management and Management of Change.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple capital and sustaining projects across refinery and manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure successful execution and startup.
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets and resources aligned with business goals.
• Monitor performance, risks, changes and deliverables to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership for complex engineering and operational challenges.
