Job summary

CB&I seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale projects with P&L responsibility and direct client engagement. You will oversee budgets, schedules, vendor selection, and project controls, while guiding cross-functional teams and maintaining strong relationship management with clients and stakeholders.

The role supports continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and adherence to HSSE and quality standards across major facilities projects in the United States.

Qualifications

• 20+ years since first degree and 15+ years in Project Engineering, Construction Management or Project Controls.
• 3+ years Project Site Engineering or Construction Management experience.
• Professional degree in Engineering or BS preferred.
• Broad knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and fabrication capabilities.
• Familiarity with estimating, supply chain, project controls, and contract management.
• Knowledge of Commercial Contracting and Negotiation strategies.
• Experience in Energy & Construction industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large projects (>US$100MM) with P&L accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, vendor/contractor selection, and client communications.
• Provide leadership to project teams and develop direct reports with succession plans.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Maintain formal project forecasting and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
