Chicago Bridge & Iron Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of complex, high-value projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and vendor relationships while ensuring compliance with HSSE, quality, and financial goals.

The role requires deep construction and project controls knowledge, with leadership to mentor staff and coordinate cross-functionally across construction, controls, supply chain, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 20+ years since first degree and 15+ years in project engineering, construction management or project controls.
• 3+ years Project Site Engineering or Construction Management role.
• Broad knowledge of construction methods, engineering processes, and fabrication.
• Familiarity with estimating, supply chain, project controls, and contract management.
• Knowledge of Commercial Contracting and Negotiation strategies.
• Familiarity with the Energy & Construction Industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Senior Management level responsible for all phases of large projects (>US$100MM) with P&L accountability.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and vendor/contractor selection and delivery.
• Develop direct reports and maintain succession plans for the role.
• Lead client communications and coordinate with company support functions.
• Direct continuous improvements through Lessons Learned and ensure timely project reporting.
• Understand and enforce contract, scope, and commercial terms.
