Qualifications

• End-to-end capital project leadership experience.
• Exposure to regulated environments and CapEx governance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost control skills.
• Proven procurement, contracting, and negotiation abilities.
• Experience coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Represent owner's interests through project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple CapEx projects with schedule, budget, and quality control.
• Coordinate design, permitting, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Oversee risk, procurement, contracts, and change control.
• Develop executive reporting and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
• Manage multi-project portfolio and stakeholder communications.
