Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Capital Planning Senior Manager to lead ESR development from concept to client-approved budget. You will manage capital planning and financials for complex life sciences facilities, interfacing with the Amgen account and advising clients at the strategic level.

The role requires directing a small team and ensuring GMP/FDA compliance. Hybrid work in Thousand Oaks, CA, with responsibilities spanning budgeting, ROI analysis, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of project and facility experience in large engineering/architectural organizations.
• 5+ years in capital planning, lifecycle asset management, or a similar role.
• Experience with multi-site, multi-building campuses and complex building systems.
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Smartsheets, Power BI, and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead ESR development end-to-end: scope, budget, schedule, risk analysis.
• Build Business Case Reports with ROI analysis for client approval.
• Handoff approved ESRs to execution team with proper documentation.
