Amgen is seeking an Owner's Representative Project Manager in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role leads end-to-end capital projects, coordinating across design, permitting, construction, and commissioning to ensure safe, compliant delivery that aligns with business goals.

The position requires advanced PM credentials or equivalent experience with multi-project portfolios, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, supported by strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.

Formación

• Doctorate or advanced PM degrees with significant project leadership experience.
• PM experience across capital projects in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Represent owner's interests through full project lifecycle.
• Lead multiple CapEx projects in regulated settings.
• Oversee planning, design, permitting, construction, commissioning, occupancy, closeout.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement and contracts.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Lead change management, forecasting and cost control.
