Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical authority for the plant's capital portfolio.
• Approve major design deviations and provide high-level solutions for execution roadblocks.
• Lead critical decision-making using expert data analysis and risk identification.
• Ensure projects have defined scope, budget and adherence to the Project Execution Process.
• Develop and present business cases for multi-million-dollar capital investments.
• Balance resources and coordinate with external engineering firms when needed.
