Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience in an engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical authority for the plant's capital portfolio.
• Approve major design deviations and provide high-level solutions for execution roadblocks ensuring standards are met.
• Lead critical decision-making processes using expert-level data analysis and risk identification.
• Develop and present comprehensive business cases for large-scale capital projects.
• Drive high-level continuous improvement and adaptability across the engineering department.
