Qualifications

• Ability to manage multi-faceted projects with minimal supervision.
• Approximately 50% travel; willingness to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale capital projects.
• Serve as project manager on assigned projects or manage multiple projects or project managers.
• Collaborate with Business Units, R&D, Food Safety and Manufacturing to execute capital improvements and production capabilities.
• Establish and maintain policies, standards, specifications, and practices to support company objectives; interface with government, vendors, and industry representatives.
