Tyson Foods is seeking a Project Engineer IV to lead fresh meats processing designs from concept through startup. You will manage capital projects, develop schedules, budgets, and specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and regulators.

The role requires 7+ years in food engineering, a B.S. in engineering, and proficiency with SAP, Procore, AutoCAD/Revit. Travel will be substantial and relocation to Springdale, AR is available.

Formación

• B.S. in Engineering or equivalent engineering experience.
• Prefer four-year degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.
• 7+ years' applicable engineering experience in the food industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project) and SAP; familiarity with Procore, Anaplan, AutoCAD, Revit, Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Lead capital projects from conception through design, budgeting and execution.
• Create/review design drawings, update project schedules, and track budgets.
• Collaborate with business leaders, contractors, and regulators to ensure project success.
• Develop process flow diagrams, scopes of work, and equipment specifications.
