Hargrove & Associates Inc. is seeking an experienced Capital Project Controls Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from $500k to $20M.
The role focuses on cost analysis and schedule development across 5–15 concurrent projects, with strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and cross-functional collaboration. You will monitor performance, provide updates to senior management, and implement project control tools to ensure execution within budget and schedule.
Job Scope: We are seeking an experienced Capital Project Controls Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from $500,000 to $20 million. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost analysis and schedule development during the construction phases of 5-15 concurrent projects. This role requires a strong understanding of project controls methodologies, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
