Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in project controls, cost management, or related roles in engineering/construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in P6 and project controls software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project controls for multiple capital projects, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules.
• Perform cost estimation, forecasting, and variance analysis through construction.
• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with milestones and deadlines.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to establish control processes and reporting standards.
• Monitor performance and report to senior management with risk flags and corrective actions.
• Implement and maintain project control tools and software to track progress and financials.
• Facilitate project meetings to review schedules, budgets, and metrics.
• Prepare reports on status, financial performance, and schedule adherence.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
