Unified Theory is seeking a Senior Capital Project Manager to lead large-scale capital projects across planning through implementation for manufacturing and industrial facilities. You will guide programs with clients and cross-functional teams, mentor junior managers, and help drive successful outcomes while upholding safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (completed before start).
10+ years in engineering/manufacturing/industrial operations with 4+ years of PM experience.
Experience managing cross-functional capital projects from concept to implementation.
Strong knowledge of FEL, governance, risk, procurement, and project controls.
Experience with cross-functional teams and client/contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of large-scale capital projects, managing FEL studies, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Develop competitive bidding strategies and contractor selection processes.
Set equipment performance criteria to support safe, reliable operations.
Establish schedule and cost controls, forecasting, variance analysis, and corrective actions.
Mentor junior project managers and collaborate with teams, sites, and stakeholders.
Ensure designs meet codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery and support business growth.
Support business development via client relationships, scoping, and proposals.
