Job summary

Unified Theory is seeking a Senior Capital Project Manager to shape and deliver complex capital projects across manufacturing and industrial facilities. You will lead from planning through implementation, guide projects, build strong partnerships with clients and cross-functional teams, and mentor junior professionals.

You’ll manage FEL studies, schedules and budgets, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with site leadership, contractors, and stakeholders to drive successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Science.
• 10+ years in engineering, manufacturing or process-based industries with 4+ years in PM.
• Experience with heavy industrial or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects from concept to implementation.
• Strong FEL understanding, governance, risk management and project controls.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing client/contractor relationships.
• Proficient with engineering design and PM tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP, SolidWorks, NX).

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of large-scale capital projects including FEL studies, schedules and budgets.
• Provide leadership on bidding strategies, contractor selection and cost control.
• Establish equipment performance requirements and design criteria for safe operations.
• Maintain robust schedule and cost control processes, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Foster collaboration with project teams, site leadership, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior project managers.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and company requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and support business growth.
• Support business development through client relationships, scoping and proposals.
