Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Capital Program Manager to oversee planning, execution, and financial management of consumable capital projects. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget and specifications, supporting growth and operational excellence.

You will lead full lifecycle activities, develop plans, manage budgets, and work with cross-functional teams to meet regulatory and quality requirements, while mentoring teams and reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in capital project management, preferably in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-million dollar capital portfolio.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall), and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle of capital projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, engineering, finance, QA, vendors, and regulators for alignment.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, quality standards, and company policies.
• Implement robust reporting to track progress and expenditures.
• Mentor project teams and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present updates and recommendations to executives.
