Job summary

Waters seeks an experienced Capital Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and financial management of consumable capital projects. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope, supporting Waters' growth and operational excellence.

You will lead cross-functional teams across R&D, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and QA, coordinating with vendors and regulators to ensure project success and adherence to GMP standards. Travel ~10% to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive capital project management experience.
• Strong budget development, cost control, and financial reporting skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA regulatory requirements in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of capital projects from concept to closeout.
• Develop and maintain plans: scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, engineering, finance, QA and external vendors.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and provide forecasts to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
