Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a Capital Program Manager to oversee Waters’ consumable capital projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality standards. The role collaborates with R&D, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and QA to drive successful execution.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics while mentoring teams and maintaining a culture of accountability and improvement. Travel ~10% may be required to project sites.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive capital project mgmt experience, life sciences preferred.
• Experience managing multi-million dollar capital portfolio.
• Familiarity with GMP and FDA regulatory requirements.
• Travel ~10% to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of capital projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans: scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk.
• Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, engineering, finance and QA for alignment.
• Manage budgets, expenditures and provide financial forecasts to execs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement reporting mechanisms for progress and expenditures.
• Mentor project teams and drive continuous improvement.
