Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Senior Capital Planning Analyst to lead capital planning, forecasting, and stress testing. You will work with Finance, Treasury, Risk, Data, and Technology teams to strengthen reporting, controls, and efficiency across the balance sheet and funding activities.

The role emphasizes data validation, governance, and the use of ALM/cash-flow tools, with a hybrid schedule and opportunities to automate processes and deliver strategic insights for management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to the role or 4 additional years of related experience.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and documenting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supports capital planning, forecasting, and stress testing activities with workplans and governance processes.
• Manages projects and cross-functional workstreams, coordinating resources, milestones, and risks.
• Improves controls, transparency, and efficiency with dashboards, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Prepares procedures, data definitions, and governance records, including testing evidence and training materials.
• Analyzes financial statements, forecasts, liquidity, capital, and related scenarios.
