Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with extensive P&C economic capital modeling experience.
• 10+ years in quantitative capital modeling, VaR/TVaR and risk attribution.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ability to code reproducible analyses.
• Experience with external capital modeling and model governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance CSAA’s internal economic capital model and tooling.
• Collaborate with Risk, Actuarial, Investments, and FP&A to inform decisions.
• Design stochastic models integrating underwriting, reserves, catastrophe, and credit risk.
• Communicate complex results to senior leadership and validate model results.
