Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Capital Modeling Lead for P&C insurance, remote across the United States (excluding HI/AK). You will advance internal economic capital modeling, building stochastic models and partnering with risk, actuarial, investments, and FP&A teams.

You will challenge assumptions, ensure governance, and translate complex capital results into business insights to support strategic decisions and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in P&C economic capital modeling or related analytics.
• Proven ability to design or build stochastic models.
• Strong knowledge of Monte Carlo simulation and risk measures.
• Proficient in Python, R, or similar.Excellent communication to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage CSAA’s internal economic capital modeling.
• Build and validate stochastic capital models for multiple risks.
• Collaborate with risk, actuarial, investments and FP&A teams.
• Translate capital results into actionable business insights.
• Establish governance, version control, and documentation.
