Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Capital Modeling Lead for a remote role across the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will develop the company’s internal economic capital modeling and analytics, partnering with ERM, Actuarial, Reinsurance, Investments, and FP&A to broaden capital analytics usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related experience in P&C insurance economic capital modeling or enterprise risk modeling.
• Proven ability to design or build stochastic insurance models.
• Strong programming capability in Python, R, or another quantitative language.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal economic capital modeling and analytics capabilities.
• Collaborate with ERM, Actuarial, Reinsurance, Investments, Product Management, catastrophe modeling, and FP&A.
• Build reproducible, controlled modeling processes and documentation.
