Job summary

The candidate will reconstruct and enhance models, challenge assumptions, and ensure robust governance while supporting strategic planning and ORSA-related activities. This remote role serves the US with some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of related experience in P&C insurance economic capital modeling.
• Proven ability to design or build stochastic models.
• Strong programming capability in Python, R, or similar.
• Ability to communicate quantitative concepts to nontechnical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop CSAA Insurance Group's internal economic capital model and analytics.
• Design and build stochastic models integrating multiple risk domains.
• Collaborate with risk, actuarial, investments, product, and FP&A teams.
• Provide independent technical challenge of assumptions and model governance.
