CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Capital Modeling Lead, P&C Insurance, to develop internal economic capital modeling capabilities and lead the expansion of capital analytics. The role collaborates with ERM, Actuarial, Reinsurance, Investments, FP&A, and Product teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Remote position available nationwide, with a strong emphasis on Monte Carlo methods, model governance, and scalable development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of P&C insurance economic capital modeling or related quantitative experience.
• Strong programming ability in Python, R, or similar.

Responsabilités

• Develop internal economic capital modeling capabilities and reproduce existing model calculations.
• Design and build stochastic capital models integrating multiple risk sources.
• Collaborate with ERM, Actuarial, Investments, and FP&A to expand capital analytics.
