Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, or related degree, preferred
• 7+ years' experience in consumer, commercial, or middle market/corporate banking
• 3+ years' experience in specialty lending, capital markets, or related space

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support a collaborative Group culture
• Manage client requests and inquiries with professionalism and timely resolution
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues; communicate best practices
• Identify and elevate potential compliance or risk concerns
• Develop and maintain reporting processes for the Group
• Participate in Division-wide projects and initiatives; help create common standards
• Update and maintain product white papers, FAQs, and client materials
• Oversee communication, development, and documentation of policies and procedures
• Partner with Finance and Operations to support products or initiatives
• Mentor and coach junior associates to support growth
• Contribute to merger and acquisition activities including due diligence and integration
