Job summary

Guideline, a global provider of ad intelligence and capital markets data solutions, seeks a Senior Customer Success Manager to own strategic client relationships with buyside firms and alliances. You will drive adoption, renewals, and expansion across research, data strategy, and procurement teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure value realization and alignment with clients' evolving investment workflows, staying ahead of market changes and data needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management, or consulting for market data or B2B SaaS.
• Experience serving capital markets clients (hedge funds, mutual funds, PE) is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end client relationship across research, data strategy, and procurement stakeholders.
• Manage renewals and expansions, coordinating budgets and timelines.
• Drive client retention by understanding research priorities and investment processes.
• Develop tailored success plans to align Guideline data with clients' workflows.
• Collaborate with sales, product, data engineering, and legal to remove renewal obstacles.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion based on market demand.
• Guide clients through onboarding, data dictionaries, methodology, and proofs of concept.
• Lead consultations, demos, trainings, and QBRs to maximize value realization.
