Qualifications

• Experience advising and representing corporate and sovereign clients in US and international corporate and financial transactions.
• Experience supervising work streams in corporate transactions and coordinating among client advisors for timely deal closings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Partners in formulating legal strategy for client transactions or ongoing operations, based on research of applicable laws and regulations and analysis of facts.
• Supervise various work streams in corporate transactions and coordinate among client advisors (including other law firms and auditors) for timely deal closings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to securities issuances, liability management exercises, and financings; draft proposals and legal analyses for potential transactions for corporate and sovereign clients.
