Goldman Sachs in New York is seeking an Analyst for the Capital Solutions Group covering LATAM. You will structure, analyze, and execute financing solutions across sovereign, corporate, financial institution, and infrastructure clients in Latin America.

You will build financial models, review legal documents, and prepare client materials to support execution and pitches. The role offers exposure to cross-border transactions, mentorship from senior bankers, and a path to develop regional coverage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative discipline.
• 0-1 years of direct investment banking, debt capital markets, or equivalent financial services experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Responsabilités

• Structure, analyze, and execute financing products for LATAM borrowers.
• Build and analyze complex financial models (DCF, LBO, operating models, debt sizing).
• Review and analyze legal documentation and covenants to structure transactions.
• Prepare client presentations, pitches, and marketing materials evaluating capital structure options.
• Support deal roadshows, liaise with syndicate desks and external counsel.
• Mentor junior analysts and interns to ensure execution accuracy.
