U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Audit Project Manager within Corporate Audit Services to lead end-to-end audits of Capital Markets and broker-dealer activities.

You will partner with risk, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders to assess controls and report findings. You will oversee planning through reporting, supervise staff, and coach auditors while ensuring adherence to IIA standards and CAS policies across the three lines of defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in audit, risk management, or related financial services functions.
• Experience in capital markets audits preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple complex priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end audits from planning to reporting.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Draft audit reports with risks and recommendations.
• Engage with senior management and governance forums.
• Mentor audit staff and coordinate resources.
