U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Audit Project Manager to lead complex audits for the Payment Services division. You will manage planning, fieldwork, and reporting, ensuring alignment with CAS policies, IIA standards, and regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement and team leadership, with collaboration across multiple risk functions. This is a onsite position requiring regular presence at a U.S. Bank location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than 8 years of applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk-based audit plan for Payment Services.
• Manage end-to-end audit projects, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting.
• Review work to ensure accuracy and adherence to CAS policies and IIA Standards.
• Draft clear audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Build relationships with Payment Services leadership, risk management, and regulators.
• Lead and coach audit staff; support recruitment and development.
