You will coordinate with risk, compliance, operations and technology stakeholders to assess processes and controls across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
• Typically 8+ years of audit, risk, or related financial services experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk-based audit plan for Capital Markets and broker-dealer activities.
• Monitor emerging risks and adjust audit coverage accordingly.
• Contribute to audit universe maintenance and overall audit strategy.
• Independently plan, scope, and lead end-to-end audit engagements.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls across processes and systems.
• Draft clear audit reports communicating risks, issues, and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with leadership and control partners.
• Provide credible challenge on risk identification and control effectiveness.
