Job summary

U.S. Bank Corporate Audit Services (CAS) seeks a Senior Audit Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional audit engagements within Technology Services. You will supervise teams where allowed, monitor progress, and drive risk-based controls across the organization from Minneapolis.

You will apply IT controls expertise, data analytics, and risk assessment to deliver high-quality assurance, partnering with business units and RCA to strengthen the control environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience.
• Experience in IT applications controls and IT general controls testing.
• Experience executing multiple integrated audits concurrently.
• Experience utilizing data analytics and validating issues within timelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex audit projects that are cross-functional and supervise staff with minimal supervision.
• Monitor progress of audit engagements against plan and schedule.
• Provide coaching and on-the-job training for team members to ensure conformance with policies.
• Work as a subject matter expert in a topic and support multiple audit engagements.
• Handle complex tasks autonomously and influence risk mitigation understanding.
• Partner with assigned LOB and RCA teams to implement and oversee risk management framework.
• Participate in activities ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Identify gaps and inform solutions to minimize losses from failures.
• Identify, respond and escalate risks as appropriate.
