U.S. Bank, based in New York, seeks a Senior Audit Project Manager within Corporate Audit Services to lead end-to-end audits of Capital Markets and broker-dealer activities, coordinating with risk, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders.

You will plan, execute, and report on audits, assess the design and operating effectiveness of controls, and guide engagement teams while partnering across the three lines of defense to improve risk management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Typically more than 8 years of experience in audit, risk management, compliance, or related financial services functions.
• Experience in capital markets or broker-dealer audit domain is preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain risk-based audit plans for Capital Markets and broker-dealer activities.
• Lead end-to-end audit engagements, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and issue follow-up.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls across processes and systems.
• Draft clear audit reports communicating risks, issues, and recommendations.
• Engage senior management and governance forums with credible challenge.
