U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Audit Project Manager within Corporate Audit Services to lead complex audits for Capital Markets and broker-dealer activities across the enterprise.

You will partner with risk, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders to assess end-to-end processes and controls. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than 8 years of experience in audit, risk, compliance, or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a risk-based audit plan for Capital Markets and broker-dealer activities.
• Independently plan, scope, and lead end-to-end audit engagements from planning to reporting.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls across processes and systems.
• Draft clear audit reports communicating risks, issues and recommendations.
• Engage stakeholders and provide credible challenge on risk and control effectiveness.
• Coordinate resources and mentor audit staff; support recruiting and development.
